Dynamis - Points & Loting system

Point and Lotting system:

1. Relic Weapons and craft items are free lot. EXP scrolls are lotted by the puller.
   
2. two attendance points are awarded per run, but only if the player is present for the entire run. (From the start until the end). one attendance point is awarded if the player attends for more than three hours, but only if he has to leave prematurely or enters late. Those attendance points will be used to determine lotting order/the ability to obtain relic.
   
   
3. A participating player can set a first and a second priority preference. This has to be set in the search comment before the run. It may not be changed during the run.
   
   
4. The first preference has to be chosen before the first run a member participated. The first preference is a fixed preference, changing this will reduce your attendance points to zero.
   The second preference may be changed prior to each run without a penalty.
   
   
5. A member can only set his number 1 priority for level 70+ jobs same goes for the number 2 priority.
   
   
6. Obtaining an armor piece for which you set your priority, will reduce your attendance points by 2 for City zones, 10 for Northland zones. You can not go into negative points. In this case, the relic will go to a #2 who has the proper amount of points. (In case there is no #2 like this, an exception will be made)
   
   
7. Dynamis Relic Armor Set Pieces are pieces that drop from monsters in Dynamis. These pieces are subject to our lot rules.
   
   
8. You can only obtain ONE freelot Relic armor, per run. Don't be greedy and lot if you won't use it D:
   
   
9. all Wootz ore's are loted by the linkshell leader and sold to fund future runs.
   
   
10. Upon missing a run without notice, a member loses loting rights for the next run he participates in, this scales.
    
    example: Kinikki misses mondays run, she now lacks loting rights for thursdays run, if she misses thursdays run, she lacks loting rights for the next monday&thursdays runs
    
    if a member misses events for a long period of time, even with giving notice, it will result in a removal of loting rights, this will not be as severe as not leaving notice.
    

When a Dynamis Relic Armor piece drops the following schema is applied:
- The person with the corresponding job set to first preference and the most points gets to lot.
- If he is unable or unwilling to lot, it goes to the next person in line with first priority and the most points.


Unable to lot: trial period or not enough points to afford the relic (example: only 3 points for a northlands piece -> goes to #2 who has the most points and can afford the relic, exceptions can me made depending on the members attendance record and previous background in the linkshell)

- If there is nobody with first priority able/willing to lot, it goes to the person with the second priority and the most points.

- If he is unable or unwilling to lot, it goes to the next person in line with second priority and the most points.

- If there are no players able or willing to lot with first or second priority, it goes to free lot. Free lot also implies that a member won't lose points for obtaining the free item.

Relic -1 Order

1. The #1 that already has the NQ Relic & the required points

2. The #1 that has the NQ Relic but does not have the required points (the player's remaining points will be deducted to compensate for the cost)

3. The #1 that has the required points yet does not have the NQ Relic piece

4. The #2 Points

5. Freelot


Relic -1 Costs reflect normal dynamis costs

City Relic -1 .......... 2 Points
Northland Relic -1 .. 10 Points

Relic Mantle/Belt .... 5 Points
